I'm Jing, a developer based in Berlin 👩🏻‍💻📍🐻

Before changing careers in 2020, I worked in the politics and policy field in London and Beijing.

Although I can now officially call myself an Engineer, I am still navigating the changes that come with a career switch in addition to some of the hurdles that any new developer goes through. So at one point, I started to share some of my learnings. Because I like writing, and people. At first it felt a bit odd, because I thought no one was going to read it, but then people started to react. And the thought of my writing helping someone out there the way some of the articles have helped me really motivates me.
